Welcome to New Hans Jewellers. By purchasing from us, visiting our store, or using our services, you agree to comply with the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before making any purchase. 1. General- All products sold by New Hans Jewellers are subject to availability.
- We reserve the right to update, modify, or change these terms at any time without prior notice.
- Prices, designs, and specifications are subject to change based on market conditions, gold rates, and availability of materials.
- All jewelry sold by New Hans Jewellers is made using genuine precious metals and stones as stated in the product description.
- Gold and silver purity is as per industry standards and hallmarking norms wherever applicable.
- Natural gemstones and diamonds may have minor variations in color, clarity, or texture, which are inherent characteristics and not considered defects.
- Jewelry prices are calculated based on current metal rates, stone value, making charges, and applicable taxes.
- Full payment must be made at the time of purchase unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Any advance paid for customized or special orders is non-refundable.
- Taxes and government duties are applicable as per prevailing laws.
- Customized or made-to-order jewelry is crafted specifically as per customer requirements.
- Once confirmed, custom orders cannot be cancelled, returned, or exchanged.
- Design approvals, size confirmations, and specifications must be reviewed carefully by the customer before final confirmation.
- Returns and exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery, subject to eligibility as per our Return & Refund Policy.
- Items must be unused, in original condition, with tags and invoices intact.
- Refunds are processed only after inspection and verification.
- Customized jewelry, engraved items, and special orders are not eligible for return or refund unless damaged or defective.
- If a product is received damaged or defective, the customer must inform us within 24–48 hours of delivery.
- Clear images or videos must be provided for verification.
- Upon approval, we will offer a replacement or refund, as applicable.
- Buyback or exchange value of gold or silver jewelry is calculated based on prevailing market rates at the time of exchange.
- Making charges, stone value, and wastage may not be refundable.
- Diamonds and gemstones are evaluated separately based on quality and condition.
- Jewelry should be handled with care and stored properly to maintain its shine and durability.
- Damage due to wear and tear, improper handling, or misuse is not covered under any warranty or return policy.
- New Hans Jewellers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products.
- Liability, if any, shall not exceed the value of the purchased product.
- These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India.
- Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Shimla, Himachal Pradesh.
- All gold jewelry sold by New Hans Jewellers complies with BIS Hallmarking standards, wherever applicable.
- Hallmarked jewelry includes details such as purity, BIS mark, jeweller identification mark, and year of hallmarking.
- Customers are advised to verify hallmark details at the time of purchase.
- Non-hallmarked jewelry (if any) will be clearly informed to the customer prior to billing.
- Diamond jewelry is accompanied by a reputed laboratory certification (where applicable), stating details such as cut, color, clarity, and carat weight.
- Natural gemstones may show slight variations in shade and clarity, which are inherent and not considered defects.
- Certification is provided only for items specifically mentioned or requested at the time of purchase.
- Loss or damage of certification documents after delivery will be the customer’s responsibility.
- Goods and Services Tax (GST) is applicable on all jewelry purchases as per Government of India regulations.
- GST charges are clearly mentioned on the invoice/bill provided at the time of purchase.
- Any future changes in tax structure or rates imposed by the government shall be applicable immediately.
- GST once charged and paid cannot be reversed except in cases of approved returns as per company policy.
- A valid tax invoice will be issued for every purchase.
- Customers must verify product details, weight, purity, stone value, and billing information at the time of purchase.
- Any discrepancies must be reported immediately; claims raised later may not be entertained.
By making a purchase from New Hans Jewellers, the customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to all Terms & Conditions, including hallmarking, certification, and GST policies.
